I had my Nuface device for only few months and stop working well , I paid 500 dólares and I expected more than few months

Its hard to turn it on even when is been fully charged and I cant feel the micro current in my face even without the gel User’s recommendation: I am waiting to heard from the company to see if they will replace it.
