You have had a packaged that I shipped via USPS since 12/21/20. It’s been 3 weeks and the company that I shipped it to still has NOT RECEIVED IT. There is NO EXCUSE good enough to justify poor service

I called and left message. No one has returned my call. I am pissed off. User’s recommendation: I did NOT use Newgistics, Inc. It is a 3rd party shipper after USPS drop off.

Bottom of the Barrel Shipper

I am not sure why Bath and Body Works uses this horrid shipper. I’m not the only one that has ordered candles and never received them! They have been sitting in Grapevine Tx for weeks! User’s recommendation: Retailers AVOID this shipper!
