Poor packaging

Exuviance took their “coverblend” makeup out of a jar and put it in a tube with a pump. Air gets in the pump and the product (which I still like)can squirt onto clothes where it is impossible to get off. The pump is cheap and terrible. What packaging genius thought this up??
