Your bank being used in a scam

The scammers said I was awarded $1000.000.00 from powerball winner David Jacobson which is being held in trustfund for me. Scammer, Kevin Patel who claims to be financial manager has been calling and texting me stating I need to send payment of $520 to have money transferred into my savings account.
