I recommend that you never agree to receive OPTIMUS furniture in parts, as part of the shipment may not arrive at all. If you are sending as a modular system - then write in your contract that you want the modular system so that there are no problems. The company Pty. "ALB", located in Adelaide, operates under Optimus. The money promised to return only for the undelivered locker, but the fact that without this locker you can not put all the cabinets together in the room they do not care. Pty. ALB doesn't seem to know anything at all, you will have to call and pray... They consider the buyer a fool, promising to deliver a product that you see from the website that the supplier no longer produces. In general, OPTIMUS uses its dominant position and will do its best not to pay for the cabinet and delay the time, believing that time will pass and the buyer will calm down.
