I don't believe in bad reviews because all previous purchases at this store have been successful. Sorry, the last 2 orders were not very successful. The jacket received a couple of weeks ago turned out to be much too small, nowhere in the product description was it stated that they were "small". The size of Xl was similar to the size of s, I sent the product back the same day. Membershop received the product on 19. 08. 2019. At this time, the money has not been returned. As I read the reviews, I was already afraid that I would face problems to get my money back. The second disappointment - when receiving the ordered shoes today, we have to conclude that they are not 100% new, first of all, the box itself is covered with patches, the sole of the shoes itself is worn and there are patches of unexplained origin on the toe. I understand that the goods are sold at a great discount, but buyers should still be warned about the reason why the price has been reduced. Currently, this is the purest misleading of buyers, because the buyer is not informed that the product has visual defects. How to return goods in a commercial appearance - clean, undamaged, if they are delivered in the appearance shown in the pictures.
