Resolved: Property Taxes Again!

Update by user Dec 11, 2020 Payment posted on day that it would become delinquent unless posted by 5 pm. Every time property taxes and home owner’s insurance are due then I have to check every day regarding payment and remind them or pay myself.. Over drafted my account then wouldn’t wire back

They over drafted my account and I have been transferred and told that I would be contacted by numerous people and no one ever called me back. User’s recommendation: DONT DO IT!!!

A fee for auto pay…. really??

Mr. Cooper purchased my loan from Flagstar bank. I went to set up weekly payments on auto pay, not offered. Went to a bi-weekly auto payment. They charge you for this service. Unacceptable! User’s recommendation: Fees are unacceptable.
