Rude Customer Service won’t honor warranty or even inspect flooring

I just received horrible customer service from Mohawk. I had their engineered wood flooring installed in my home by a builder who was married to one of my coworkers. He is out of business now. Best pet carpet unless you have pets

They advertise Smartstrand as the best carpet for my two small dogs. One week after installation, my dog’s nails snagged the loops all over the house. My dogs are regularly groomed and are not at all active. The independent inspector said the carpet snagging is my fault not a manufacturing defect. Mohawk’s warranty only covers manufacturing defects.... Read more➤

Terrible customer service and junk flooring..
