I ordered my holiday cards on 11-30 and it's 12-10 (the date I was originally scheduled to receive the cards by). The cards still have not been shipped. I have called customer service repeatedly and they won't answer the phone. My estimated delivery date is now extended to 12-14. Apparently lots of customers are having this problem...
