bus does not run according to the list

Bus 2 leaves First Street at the end of the working day, skipping several trips. Until the New Year, two Mondays in a row after 18.00 missed two trips (bus stopped at the destination), bus 24 ran according to the list, but bus 2 had to wait 40 minutes, 4.12.2019 . After 16.00, two flights were released again (the bus stopped at the destination platform).
