poor service, use of rude, uncensored words by nurses

Currently, our father is in Emerald Regional Hospital. He is a walking patient, but walks with difficulty because he melts quickly. He has a breathing and heart problem. He is located in the "internal diseases department", 2nd floor. The ward is very hot, he is sweaty and in the morning the pillow and bedclothes are wet (from the heat). Especially for a person who has difficulty breathing and heart, a more suitable temperature would be desirable, or at least it would be good to be allowed to keep the ward door open. sh. G. 7. 12. We asked the nurse of this department (names, surnames we do not know at the moment) whether we could ventilate and keep the door of the ward open, which was not treated kindly by the nurse. She "retorted" that the patient is walking and can walk down the aisle. She did not enter into further negotiations. sh. G. 9. 12. The father called and informed in the conversation that another nurse had said that she would not keep the ward door open because she did not have to breathe the "beaten air" and what the patients "inflated". There have been other unkind texts. At times, when the father opens the door a little to let the cooler air in from the corridor, the nurse closes it again. So the question is which interests in the hospital are primary? How to fight a patient who is really hot and it is difficult for him. My father went to the hospital without a runny nose, but now I have a runny nose and let's say it could be from a big sweat... But my story is about the attitude of nurses. We no longer live in an age where this can be done. There must be a kind, humane attitude focused on patient comfort and well-being. In principle, such a nurse's attitude can be defined as the use of uncensored words in a public place (according to Australian minor hooliganism). So I hope that there will be a reaction to our complaint as children, because we do not want to allow our father to be treated in this way. If attitudes do not change, we will be forced to move on. I would like to add that there are also kind nurses in this department. I can only say these two specific dates at this time.
