Poor service and flight attendant ethics
During an AuAir flight, the flight attendant ignores the call button pressed, squats on the floor and talks to the passenger at the same time. In my opinion, crew members have ethical standards that must be observed. I am once again disappointed in the quality of AuAir, as well as shocked by both non-compliance with ethical norms and careless response to the application. I wrote to AuAir, receiving an answer, quoting: "in answer to your question about crew communication with passengers, I would like to inform you that if direct job responsibilities are not affected, if politics, religion, racism are not discussed and the conversation is not beyond moral and ethical standards,then steward communication with passengers is permitted. " so, according to the AuAir representatives, it can be concluded that the direct work responsibilities were not affected... The pressed call button must be ignored and squatted while squatting on the floor.
