Terrible Customer Service. Will not return calls until you ask to cancel then they refuse to cancel service agreement

Beware of Metro Sales, Inc will not return phone calls. Operators hang up on you multiply times. When you ask to get out of your service agreement they will contact only if you email no sale person will call. "I purchased a motherboard on July 11,2019. It was defective when I got it. I paid for $120 and paid $50 to ship it back to them. Total spent $170. But I Only received $45 refund. They are cheater."
