Refused to back repair warranty

I had my car repaired 11 months ago at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota . The problem reoccurred. They told me that it would be fixed because I had a two year warranty on parts and services. They did nothing to fix the problem and denied a loaner car that they promised.
