An interesting complaint is received about the employee, without any signature, etc. , the complaint was written at the beginning of the month, but the employee is not even warned that something should change in the employee's attitude, but at the end of the month is presented and fired for this very questionable complaint (just as well this complaint could have been written by any customer who has a "tooth" on one of the employees) ; 3.
