Deceptive up-selling and no support

First Medical Alert (MA) tested our phone line and it worked. MA was going to send me the info via email. I received an email but nothing was included so I emailed him back but he never responded. He did tell me they work on commission and to call him if we wanted one. Called a week... Read more➤
