Poor service
I had to bring a package delivered by Itella. I received a message from them that the package is on its way and it is still possible to change the delivery method. I went to the sent link to make sure that it would be delivered to the address and I was presented with 2 options - delivery to the address or delivery at the Pick-Up point. I specially chose delivery to the address and even received a text message that the package will be delivered to the specified address. On the day of receipt, I receive a text message - the package is placed in the parcel terminal. The question arises - what's the point of offering a variant delivery to the address if the package is also not delivered to the specified address?
