See how they intend to replace the strap handle on my purse

Something becoming detached from leather strap of purse. As far as I can see Magnolia and vines is out of business. I would expect this issue to get resolved. How can this problem be resolved

Guarantees

I purchased a purse shell that you purchased assorted flaps that attached to purse shell. The strap/handle has a piece of rubber that is part of the strap and it is giving way from the leather strap. I would hope you would replace it.
