M2SYS has awful customer service

My company purchased a $600 fingerprint reader from M2SYS, expecting a certain amount of customer support in setting the device up. The M2SYS salesperson was very friendly and timely in his responses until we completed the purchase, at which point he stopped being helpful and kept suggesting that we refer to documentation when we ran into problems...
