Due to COVID 19 Pandemic, I had to cancel Lufthansa flight and the company now refuses to refund cost of purchasing premium seats ($600) even though no service used and cancellation was made because of global pandemic and health reasons. Lufthansa robs customers of cash User’s recommendation: Do not fly Lufthansa ever.
I bought a ticket for international flight, but I couldn’t reach them via phone. Also, I could not find any e-mail address to reach out them on their web-site. I waited for them to answer my call for 1.30 hour and no customer representative answered it. They are awful…
