Questionable ethics of this business

They offered a yorkie puppy for $400 and $200 transportation by air. This little pup only weighed 1.4 pounds and was 12 weeks old. I honestly don’t believe she should have been transported at that age or weight. The site has no phone number so answers that way. I emailed them luckyyorkiepups.com and never heard from them....
