Continued to charge account after cancelled

"livelifelean.net" has charged my account for five months even after I had called and cancelled after the 1st shipment. I thought it was tea but it must have been the vitamans they sent which I did not order. I returned the secound shipment I received. Also, Wu-Yi Source charged me 29.95 March 7 and 39.25 March 24....
