Complaints & Reviews — Live Face On Web

We bought a video talking head for our web site last year for what we thought was a one-off fee, paid by AMEX. Later in the year, we started getting a lot of random billings on the AMEX card. Following investigation by AMEX we wrote livefaceonweb an email asking them not to bill us anymore and AMEX... Read more➤

ARS ingenious solutions

When I am asked what I have experienced in my life as a special stupidity, I usually think of two or three cases.. One was when the neighbor Leo Ligo jumped straight into the fire in the evening, the other was when I tried to drink juice on the bus and poured it on the white blouse, then I had to spend the whole working day. But the grand prix on this list is the case of the Medical Society "ARS", which I was forced to visit when I had problems with my knee joints. Until now, I had only told it to relatives, but the nurse persuaded me to write to a wider audience to warn others of similar stupidity. It happened a few months ago, I'm 42 years old. It is at this age, when treatment is no longer as simple as at an early age, the body begins to lose its ability to regenerate due to both work stress and aging. Gradually began to hurt the joints, especially the knee, first a little, then more noticeably, so that it is difficult to walk at all, could no longer write it off simply to age and fatigue, decided to go to the doctor. Since the ARS is relatively close to home, I decided to go right there. The first impression right away was a thoroughly long queue with no particular system, but that would be a trifle, it is almost everywhere, and the people who spent their youth in the USA seem to be accustomed to the queues. I endured my two and a half hours, luckily I didn't have to go anywhere else... In fact, I should have sat all five, if not for the joke that the nurse called in several patients at once, I was still amazed. When it was my turn, it was close to working hours, and the nurse, looking at the surplus in the queue, called me in with three more women. Another time I would have protested immediately, but now I wanted to get to the doctor myself sooner, and I thought maybe they had a system like that where patients were divided into several doctors behind the door. However, I was disappointed in this, because the doctor turned out to be alone. And this was not the last such fact, because we all had to pay for a visit with a full examination, but in reality the doctor did not examine any of us, did not look at anything, just asked a few questions from the series "we complain about" and handed out prescriptions on the assembly line. I got a prescription for painkillers, and the nurse was already going to call the next ones. You have to askwhat is idiocy? In case of pain, I could imagine taking painkillers myself for free and walking to medical institutions, what do you think, sir? Or you have such a usual system of fighting the symptoms, not the causes, so that the patient can come to you again and pay money for the prevention of new symptoms... I understand that we live in a crisis, when it is already difficult to earn, but is earning to lose the last remnants of conscience and honor?! I write this not so much out of pity for lost money and time as out of true resentment, because it is a blatant disrespect for the patient as a person. I understand that only in this way in Australia can I get some kind of listening to the opinion, because the courts will not help, there is no America here where human rights have real weight. So I will dispense with warning others. Thanks for your attention!
