Upset/disappointed

Ive been working with Mike (manager) still no contact nor has my vehicle been repaired. Its been 4 months 2007 Nissan Titan I need my truck User’s recommendation: No rating.

No return calls/update on 2016 Nissan Titan

Left my 2016 Nissan Titan 03/2021 only had 2 updates and Lithia is not able to find part need for truck to start. Now ignoring my calls, promises to return call from customer service and no return call. Disappointed. User’s recommendation: Never say take your time.
