Online store incompetence and lying

I bought home appliances in the Tet store. Think well, delivery is scheduled for max in 2 weeks, I'll wait. However, the third week is already underway and in the meantime I have had enough curiosity. On the very day of purchase, I concluded a payment agreement for the product and made the first payment. 3 days later I am notified by text messages that I have not made the first deposit and approved the payment agreement remotely. I contacted the Tet store and the specialist could not answer whether or not everything was received and said that he would call back in a few minutes when everything was found out. Call after an hour and a half and Say that everything is in order and delivery will be delivered within 2 working days ok, I will wait 2 working days... Than. I read the rules of the online store, where it is clearly writtenthat the processing takes 5 working days until it is handed over to the courier, but again nothing. 5 working days have passed since the purchase and I am contacting tet already using the communication chat created on the website. I explained that you, for my part, do not fulfill the conditions to which I am told, where are those rules written? Excuse me, are you hiring there by chance?... Well, not for that I sent a link to my own written rules and replied that within 2 working days (again) will be handed over to the courier... Still no 2 working days. Well, I have already started writing a complaint to Tet's e-mail with the evidence I had (internet bank printouts, time of signing contracts, those text messages in which I say that I have not made a deposit). I sent and again the answering machine started answering within 2 business days. Its 2 working days for Tet time is a holy name no answer. And here suddenly I find outthat my first installment was not diverted to the first installment of the goods but as an advance to pay the bills. Sorry, Tet representatives, but it only proves the incompetence of the staff and I suspect that the answer to my complaint will be just as incompetent, so I will now wait for a response from Tet and probably Ptac will also be interesting to listen to my story.
