People, avoid the company www.ledholidaylighting.com. We ordered from them and already have paid, but we forgot to add some items to the order. Baggage Policy Changed

I want to alert any traveler to SmartLynx Airlines. We bought our trip to Pinzolo from VanillaTravel, which actually sold us a service organized by Novatours with SmartLynx airline tickets. I recommend that everyone find out the real service provider before paying for the trip. All travel descriptions mentioned that the price included 18 kg of luggage and 8 kg of ski luggage. At the airport, SmartLynx was informed of new rules for all passengers in the weight of luggage, which has been converted into a max. 20 kg, which we fortunately included. In addition, we were informed at the check-in box that our ski luggage was NOT checked in for the trip and could arrive at its destination later if there were no seats on the plane,where to load it - maybe in 3 days... We seem lucky because everything was delivered successfully everywhere. The plane was parked at the airport with all passengers for 1. 5 hours before departure, because the pilot "had to restart Windows" and was delayed on the way back due to the large amount of luggage, and possibly no food or drink was offered on the way back. We asked VanillaTravel to send us tickets and confirmation that the ski luggage is included in the travel tickets, to which we received an answer that this is not possible, as neither Novatours nor SmartLynx provide such confirmations. With SmartLynx as with a cat bag. I don't recommend it to anyone!
