Poorly made recliner/couch

The back of my recliner couch has metal popping out, I’ve ignored it but as I sat down tonight a sharp metal rod just popped through the cushion. Yes its old but my parents 20 year old couch doesn’t do this.poor quality

Rocker recliner bolt sheared.

I looked high and low for a reasonably priced rocker recline and I paid a decent amount for this Lane rocker recliner and have been full satisfied with my purchase up to the point of owning it three years and a bolt on the inner workings sheared off. I don’t understand…

I can’t believe you charge us for your bad furniture a malfunction.

The handles to the couch and love seat recliner break often and cost so much to fix. A big rip off. Plus so hard to get the parts. To expensive I wait until there all broken before I fix them. So we just do not use the recliner for a long night time in between fixing….
