Poor service in Talsi store
We bought tv in Talsi store (only the exposition model was left). Of course, the promises that there would be no problem with exposure to TV were in vain. When I took it home, it turned out that all the small plastic parts of the TV had been broken by dismantling it. I called the aunt, who promised that the Talsi store would call me back. Of course, none of the Talsi store called either. Is it really that hard to call, apologize and admit that a salesman dismantling an exposure tv has broken plastic legs? Was it really hard to say that already when we bought the product and not sold the tv as if nothing had happened? Fuj!
