Poor service
We entered Panda Sushi in Bendigo around 20:15 (opening hours until 21:00). We were immediately informed that our order would not be accepted, neither on the spot nor for takeaway. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website, but right now. We left. As we walked out the door, the girl who refused our order approached the table with the notebook and accepted the order, while looking at us as we walked away. Needless to say, there were a couple sitting at another table who had not yet placed an order. Then the question arises - what criteria are used to evaluate which customers to serve and which not? And if business hours are until 9pm, why weren’t we served and even prevented from taking a transfer to take away? Or three people (at least 3 girls standing at the counter. Maybe there was someone else in the kitchen) not handling orders?
