We left with my girlfriend on 23. 02. pl. 5. 00. To go to DC '' Old Town ''. We sat at the table, after 10 minutes no waitress had left her eyes on us, I took the menus herself. The girlfriend went to talk about whether there is self-service at night. After 5 minutes one - with dark curly hair and glasses - decided to come. We said we wanted sandwiches. she replies only that at night the kitchen is not working. Haallloo - I sat down in vain for half an hour, I waited for the devil to know what was going on, in the meantime we watched them come and, without waiting for the waiters, several people left,while her vnk collects off the tables to tell me that I don't eat at all. Needless to say, it was not written anywhere. Chilli pizza tak works at night! I allow myself to say that I have been sitting for so long and I am only being told this now. The spectacular waitress only bluntly replied that they should also serve "down", they are too busy and do not feel guilty and responsible that they cannot serve everyone. Apologizing to her clients apparently didn't even occur to her. Then, to such a blunt and arrogant response, I told her in peaceful language whether she knew how many people had come in the meantime, not waiting for attention, and left. She replies even more bluntly and arrogantly. "You don't have to worry about that!" I just had my jaw repent. Imagine - as a CUSTOMER I care more aboutwhat do and think of clients other than her as an OFFICIAL. I replied just as calmly that this was my last time. How can a company hire an employee who has a completely indifferent company interest and who does not understand one of the basic rules of business that the customer will always be right? My mood was spoiled and I went out "moderately" shocked by this attitude. Someone has to be silent in order to talk to anyone at all, where else with a client! If you, the girl, can't work at five in the morning, then, for me, you work during the day, or just leave work, don't brainwash yourself and don't damage the company's reputation!
