Catastrophic Service

Hello. Dear people. I need your advice because I am close to despair. The situation is that we are forced to go to the post office, because money transfers, parcels, etc. have to be received at this post office, because we live in the area where the post office is located. ALL my acquaintances and relatives who have ever visited this institution have to face a service that is under every criticism. MAn was a case where a young man had to pay bills before me. He went out, I was next, then I heard how the women who worked there (about three, four) now canted this guy that he was stinking and that his mother was drinking and "bomze". I told them to shut up, because this is the first time I have seen such ignorance in a public place, they Shot me... In short, it was a scream, like in the market. My girlfriend's son-in-law was bad at heart after visiting this horror post because they were convinced that the opiate had already received a pension, in the end it turned out that his grandfather's pension had been returned to another grandfather, in the end the opium was bad :( Where can we turn? I learned from unofficial information that these babies drink regularly in the workplace!
