Requires an advance, does not deliver the product, the customer has to call, ask, can't say anything exactly, promises call back - does not call back. Do not reply to emails. When asked to return the advance - drop the handset. It turns out the order is not placed, in another 2 weeks could be. After the advance paid with a proper time lag, write off that such goods will not be, another is more expensive. Time spent, nerves, more than a month passed, had to go to the office to get back the paid advance.
