What is it really??

I have purchased “Canadian Bacon” packaged by Jones Dairy Farm. It has a curious perfectly round shaped pieces. It also has an inedible casing around the perimeter, which resembles cased sausage. There are bones in their sausage. I bit into a sausage breakfast paddy and broke my tooth, called them immediately, told them where I bought it, gave them the UPC #, date of purchase, expiration date etc… and they denied to acknowledge my claim.
