Rude attitude towards the client
I had been in this salon several times to cut my hair with hot scissors, and for years I went regularly to Master Romana, who no longer works. So far I was satisfied, the masters were nice. But yesterday I experienced the most unpleasant visit to the hairdresser in my life.1) I got to wait 40 minutes (at the beginning I said I would have to wait 10 minutes), because the client had previously decided to whiten the strands instead of the ombre. Well, let's say it happens in all sorts of ways.2) The hairdresser (with long, dark hair) continued to work with my previous client's hair in parallel. BIja was very angry, because from a conversation with colleagues, I realized that she could not eat because of all this. As I listened, I sympathized, humanly understood him. BUT! Anger was poured out against me - my hair was ruthlessly washed by combing.She ran furiously between our two clients. The hardest part was blowing at the end, constantly looking at the clock and tearing my hair so that tears welled in my eyes. I always felt like I had done something wrong just because I had come for an appointment for a haircut and procedures.
