I used a bolt scooter yesterday. It was written that the activation / removal fee for a scooter is approximately 0.00 USD, the tariff for the first five minutes of driving is 0.22 USD / min. Each subsequent minute costs 0.11 USD / min. (standard tariff). I have used it before and everything was fine, but this time I was automatically withdrawn money from my account 4. (there was no information on any additional payments). My fare was 1.61€. The difference, of course, is not returned. I was trying to contact the phone listed on google - the number does not exist (this is interesting), with the online support form, no answer. The driving history only shows taxi rides, the history of the scooters does not know why it is not saved.The most unfortunate thing is that without a customer's message a mystical 4th amount is deducted, which is not mentioned anywhere about what it is. I'm unhappy with the service and the fact that it is not possible to contact bolt.
