Delay / loss of luggage.

Returning from Turkey 04. 07. 19. Flight bt7718 concluded that there is no luggage. We submitted an application that our luggage was lost. We were told that the luggage remained at the airport in Antalya and in a couple of days it will be en and will be brought home. Every day I called and visited a given website to see what was going on with our luggage. There were no results... Description of the contents of the luggage did not help... Calling the arrival services number, the agents promised to call back, not seeing any results for our luggage, neither from Antalya Airport nor from Melbourne Airport. No one called to call back and explain what's in the luggage. Could not understand whether Melbourne airport has contacted Antalya airport. Without seeing any notes on where our luggage is. I was told to write to another email, ask what next we do, what to do... Find the solution yourself.
