Sent back chaps

As per request. They don’t answer there phones. And never refunded money. They don’t reply to our emails.

Ring

I don't recommend shopping at this company's store, because a friend gave me a ring with stones and two weeks later I dropped two, I brought back to fixed, I think everything will be in order, but of course after a couple of weeks fell again. So I thought well, if there is already a warranty I didn't bring so good, because it lasts for six times, until my patience ends, because it's not normal for two weeks to put on the ring and then back again to fix it. And the seller's response sounds so great that we rarely happen to have this ring, I don't know why it happens to you, maybe water gets in or something else. The writing requirement and of course refuses to exchange or pay the money back because they think the instructions for using the ring are not followed, just which does not explain. Then the only option is to send the expertise and wait for a response.
