Fraud
Two months ago, a number of taxis took customers from Long Beach to the airport - for a fixed price - 12 USD. One of the taxi drivers took 18 dollars (according to the meter). The caller first said that the guests only paid 12. But then agreed. I wanted to take the money back - but I told him to find out with my company. I called the panda - everyone apologized (I talked to the responsible employee - Mary) and said to send a bank account - once a month the director (personally!) Makes payments. After a month nothing came. The mail was no longer answered. I spoke to Mary again and said that I would find out everything - but after that I would not call back or answer the e-mail. The money is not big but the customer paid + 50% more! Obviously fraudsters six not only in the car, but also in the office!
