Poor service, non-delivery on time, no equipment replacement

Tet just rolls! With poor service of course and attitude! We have been customers since 2007, when we connected interactive tv + internet. The service was good, everything was provided. When the decoder had a problem, a great master came in 2020, everything was replaced, plus advice was given. Great. Then after a while the router was changed, it didn't work, a new guy arrived a few days later (there were agreed times here for us to be comfortable). The communication was also great. But now in the last 4 years everything has become very bad. When tet switched to helio tv, it turns out that people close to tet had the opportunity to change tv consoles free of charge. When we went to the store with our remote control, we were told that we already have to pay for the remote control!So to speak - showed the door. Well the well-console works, let's use the same, albeit old-fashioned. And that's for long-term customers... Disgusting. We wrote and asked why - why customers were not provided with information about the possibility to change the remote control? It was written for them on the website. And what - do I have to review their website every day now? Do not do anything? Other authorities shall at least inform the e-mail where the invoices are sent. As one complainant wrote, when you become a tet customer, especially on a fixed-term contract, you are no longer interested in us! You are our slave - like sex in advertising. We decided to log out, wrote an application, already applied to another operator, and then suddenly offered a super offer at a better price than everyone else. While calling them before writing the application said that there is nothing but a standard offer with standard prices. I calledI was waiting in line for a connection because the virtual anete is silly - she doesn't answer my questions and doesn't know what I want to find out. Nightmare! Upgrade your aneti and other virtual friends! We thought - well, we could continue cooperation with tet for another 24 months. Call and ask - will we have the same equipment? But the technology is getting old. Decoder since 2020, console since 2007. And we will sign a contract for the 24th month. To which you answer - use the same! Also not always giving new equipment to new customers! So keep that in mind if you sign a contract with tet. To my question, but the equipment before it is given to a new tenant is undergoing maintenance, right? Yes, when performing maintenance. And what about my equipment? No maintenance required? Well, when something happens - then you can see everything and be able to fix it. And what - 16. 02. 2021. The same evening around 23,the remote dies! Everything! Out of order! Tv can't be switched! Be stuck on one channel you accidentally turned on! And where is the help from the masters? We tried everything that was written on the tet website regarding the operation of the console - than! In the morning around 08. 00 17. 02. 2021. Operators already busy, wait in line for a call, where again! Tells you what needs to be done for the console to work. Ok-call, answer a nice girl, we all say that the console is really dead, the night before was working. Sending a new one, with an omnivore, will be the next day. Okay, no more options. But the fee for not being able to get a full paid service without reducing it! Today we are waiting for sms from FedExs, and it becomes strange - have they even sent us a new remote control? Call today 18. 02. 2021. And tell me - what do you want? The consoles are delivered within three working days! Remember - during working days!I say, then the console will be in a week! Why in a week - to me the operator Says, so only three working days. And I say - there is still Saturday and Sunday in the middle of working days, and then we get together for almost a week. Or can I not count? And at the moment there is a heavy load on the carriers, there may be a delay. But in the meantime, I can watch the only channel I have left, and my payment will not be reduced! Okay no? You can't watch TV, you can't switch, the equipment will not be serviced for the next 24. Months are not performed! If there was a good service, then I would offer options for the delivery of the remote control as a customer more convenient, before each fixed-term contract would offer customers maintenance / repair / replacement of equipment. Normal institutions and shops will deliver the product during this time, if you have ordered online,so why couldn’t the same practice be practiced here as the others? Covids start to be dangerous in just 15 minutes and without a mask. But it's better to send your employees home and not let them work. Nasty from tet. And yes - if before that schortcut was included, then now you have to pay. Here many have written complaints but there are few resolved 523: 9. Tet loses...
