Poor service, no full service
09. - 10. 02. 2020 I book Melbourne classic apartments apartment type apartment on stellar street 24 - the service includes accommodation with breakfast (reservation 14. 10. 2020. No. 1935004329). I agreed on the time of arrival in time, but before moving in, the landlord announced that he was changing the apartment. It turned out that breakfast was not included in the offer. I tried to find out the reason for the cancellation of this service by phone. Answered that this apartment is much more expensive than our "cheap" reservation. It was very rudely announced that a bill of 50 dollars would be charged for this more expensive apartment. I spoke very arrogantly, I feel like a poor relative. I tried to find out why there was this change,because I needed a bed for the night and breakfast (we drove on very early in the morning). He was then threatened with exodus.
