I'm one of those people who researches, gets stuck, reads reviews. But this time, led by spontaneous ideas that I would like to celebrate my daughter's name outside the house, I called the first children's party venue, the existence of which I had heard over the ears and saw quite nice photos on fb tape. So the story is as follows: On the day of the daughter's name, the large white ball studio Jump in is already occupied, but on Saturday (which was a week before our celebrations) new rooms with a ball pool at 51/53 Matisa Street will be opened, smaller in size, but sufficient for our guests. I'm glad that new, "fresh" rooms. I called the hostess closer to the date of the party, everything is happening, you can see the first pictures on the page, and the pool will be carpeted. These pictures understood the layout of the rooms, the size of the tables, and the red sofa is also there. Ok... I mean, nothing special, but already. (pictures processed with insta filters - very hidden from the real essence) On Sunday morning we go to the address of Matisa Street, I try not to notice the dusty, dirty windows and doors, which is the first thing that greets us when entering. The hostess is on site, just stops washing the floor. The children have just woken up from the car, the mood is not so sunny, so we talk to the hostel about technical things so, where, when. We do not immediately notice all its horrors. Continuing to say, I am a lover of a certain purity, but not a pedantic pedant. The first thing I noticed was that everything in this studio was dirty - the washed floor was just rubbish rinsed with a wet cloth, a toilet like a “strike”, a torn door, tiles, a broken pot and household chemicals piled on construction buckets (instead of children's parties!), not to mention trash and dust on the shelves. Second and foremost, the attitude towards safety of an institution that calls itself a superball provider for children. The ball pool is not carpeted as promised - scratches, nail heads and clamps around the entire perimeter of the pool, “sockets” of electrical sockets and wires on one of the pool walls are sealed with black scotch, unlimited radiator in the ball pool under the windowsill, say, just jump, little kids, just be careful! Terrible shame on guests for choosing a place is the least; what surprised me the most was the hostess's calm response to our claims that no one had complained before... I don't understand how you can let people in a place other than asking for money? Repaired, tidied up and please let out as much as you can. So we play the game "I record, they delete" for a short time, and I am blocked (it is not for nothing that this place cannot be rated with stars, which, of course, I immediately wanted to do when I got in the car). In another case, one could say, the main thing, that the children are happy and no one has suffered, but this was really something I do not wish anyone. Such a harsh first experience for us as parents.
