Worst customer service!

Worst customer service ever! We took the Sports watch for warranty repair, which just broke the strap. The store said there will be a response to warranty options within 2 weeks. As we are professional athletes and we compete in global competitions, deadlines are very important to us, and for us it is like "making a bun". More than 2 weeks passed, but no news. We called the service ourselves, but replied that we could not say anything. Please hurry up and try to find out faster about the case?!..watched 3 weeks. We called again. We received a message that they still don't have any news. We said we couldn't wait any longer and let them give us a message as soon as possible! They said I would write an email and then see when there was an answer... we were surprised by that answer! But they replied that nothing could be done... we promised,that in 2 days at the latest they will call us back and give us an answer! We were willing to just send us a sports watch back and that we will do it ourselves, because we don't have time to wait. We received an answer to that that they did not know when it would be unlikely, but tried to find out... Of course, no one called us like that! We called the service ourselves, where the guy Alexei answered and again the same story - that there is still no answer, that nothing can be said, etc. When we mentioned that they promised to give a message, his standard phrase was, "We can't do anything, sorry! We have no answer!" The mayor of patience was full and told to send back the clock and when he could be received! We replied, "I can't tell you that. I have to write them an e-mail."to give a contact phone and that we can call the service ourselves, but they said that they should not... I said to give the contact of the direct manager, but he replied to write a letter to their service and send by mail!... The competition is already after 2 days, but we have not received any news yet! How can there be such poor service? :(((((NEVER try to entrust them with the repair of any of their things!
