Barstools wear out.

We have 3 bar stools that we purchased 4 years ago and the seat fabric is ripping. Can we get new material? QLPN22725**** Princton Swivel. We love these bar stools and would like to have them repaired but we need the material. What is the warranty? Look forward to your reply.

Seat wobbles because plastic part has twisted

On 2 of the 3 barstools I purchased last Sept. the seat is unstable. The black plastic piece that is attached to the bottom of the seat and fits into the base tube has twisted fins. Some of these fins have even begun to tear.
