Isn't Optus's office obliged to notify the client in a WRITTEN letter before the Optus office decides to hand over the case to the debt collectors? Everyone is just people - remind me that I have not been paid one bill! Today I call Optus, they have sent information in an ordinary letter. How can I send such an important letter in a regular letter? I don't understand... Prove that you sent him! What to do now? Optus can no longer send an invoice because it has already been archived. I read that you don't have to pay the service provider the amount of the debt and you don't seem to know about the debt collection company, just send them information that the debt has been paid.
