Unable to raise a human.

Update by user Oct 02, 2020 Lousy. Have spoken to agents twice over the past four weeks. Both assured me that a lien release letter had been mailed to me. Have received nothing. Payment reimbursement

I cannot get thru to customer service. Been trying for 4 months! I erroneously made a monthly payment thru my automatic online banking system after my lease had expired. Im looking for reimbursement of $255 for one month. Why hasnt their system recognized that and sent me a check?
