doctor's appointment

I wanted to make an appointment with an eye doctor, dr. Triads. At the reception (by phone) it is explained to me that the appointment is already full by September. For October, registration will begin in early August. I say that there are problems for a child with eyes and it would be necessary to get to what this employee answers to me soon - what has happened today that you can't wait 2 months? Isn't that crazy? Or only if something has happened today, will it be treated as something?! I am beginning to realize that free medical care / treatment for children is not sufficiently provided in our country.
