They showed and misrepresented the class and size of room for the actual room class. When contacted them about issue was unsupportive. I reserved a room for the Seton Hotel in NYC a full size bed room. The picture on Hotelsone.com was for a king size room. So to my chagrin and surprise when entered the room....
