Currently very dissatisfied

Most often, calls are not returned by the sales or management crew UNTIL a threat is made to file formal complaints with the BBB or the contractor’s licensing board. Not a reliable business structure. They may recommend you use contractors on their preferred list. My guess is there is some sort of financial arrangement or referral fee... Read more➤

Horrible and unprofessional

I dealt with shawn/Homes direct Atlanta. After speaking for over a month straight and negotiating a deal on a property at 404 N Chestnut St Derry PA 15627, my offer of $10,000 was finally accepted.
