Faulty fridge caused flooding, awful customer service

8 month old fridge flooded overnight. Hisense offered to replace, but no because of COVID want me to put old fridge outside and they will leave new fridge outside. Avoid Hisense at ALL costs. Terrible Company. Rubbish Warranty. Crap Products. Poor Customer Service.

Inferior products. Poor customer service. Useless warranty-like an insurance company look for loopholes…Please avoid. We bought one of their top mount fridge/freezers. 12 months into purchase we started having issues with door open warning (would go off when door shut). Notice the fridge was not cold on occasions. Woeful Customer Service

Faulty Hisense Smart TV reported to Hisense Customer Service on 28th December 2017 as had sound but no picture. TV barely 12months old. Hisense referred to Tech1 for warranty service on 2nd January. 4 weeks passed before warranty service in home only to find parts replaced non functioning.
