Not receiving a packet

Hello, I would like to know why my packet did not come from Lithuania. The parcel was supposed to arrive on 09. 06. 2020 by tracking the information presented that had been handed over on 09. 06. 2020 to the courier early in the morning. Usually delivered at 17. 00 or after 17. 00 here.
